  • We pride ourselves on our ability to get your vehicle back to pre-loss condition after an accident. We are a direct repair facility for many insurance companies that do business in Billings.

    A direct repair facility is a body shop that works directly with your insurance company as a preferred shop. Body shops earn the right to be in preferred shop programs by meeting certain requirements. These include having certified technicians, using the proper equipment, and most importantly, having a record of satisfied customers. When you use a preferred shop, the repair process is streamlined. A preferred shop actually writes the estimate, orders the parts, and repairs your vehicle without having to wait for an insurance adjuster. Insurance companies constantly monitor their preferred shops to ensure quality repairs.

BODY & PAINT REPAIR WARRANTY

  • Track Side Auto Body is committed to doing the best possible repair and will warranty our repair for as long as you own your vehicle.  To do this, Kevin VanLaarhoven, the owner, will be involved in the repair from start to finish and assure you of that.

    The paint warranty will cover cracking, checking, or loss of gloss or peeling of the topcoat.

    The paint warranty will not cover rust failures, abrasions, scratches, chips, chemical spotting or hazing of the paint caused by the use of improper detergents or the environment.

    Warranty is void upon any subsequent repairs or paintwork to the vehicle by another facility.  Failures on non-original replacement flexible plastic parts would not be covered, only OEM parts.

    To validate this warranty, this certificate must be presented.

    Glass replacement will be warranty against leaks only; all glass defects will be warranty by the manufacturer.

    All warranty will be void upon transfer of ownership of this vehicle.

    There will not be any warranty on non-OEM parts.
